While March Madness is just getting underway for the Division I teams, its wrapping up in Division III. Tonight, the Cabrini Cavaliers at 31-1 will take on the Wisconsin Whitewater Warhawks at 28-4 for the DIII title at 7:00 P.M. at the Salem Civic Center in Salem, Virginia. While the matchup doesn't get the same hype as the DI games, it should be a great game nonetheless.

UW-Whitewater is competing for their third DIII Championship and to win, the Warhawks will need a big game from Chris Davis, the mammoth junior forward. This is the first title appearance for fifth ranked Cabrini and the Cavaliers will rely on John Boyd, the senior guard to bring the school's first national title to Philadelphia.
Here's more on this game from the Daily Union:
Whitewater now has a chance at its third national championship and first in 23 years.
The ninth-ranked Warhawks (28-4) face No. 5 Cabrini College, Pa. (31-1) tonight in the national title game in Salem, Va.
"We feel fortunate to move on and we're said Whitewater coach Pat Miller, a shooting guard on the last Warhawk team to win a national championship in 1989.
Davis scored 12 points during a 20-5 Whitewater run, one that saw the Warhawks turn a two-point deficit into a 52-37 lead in the second half.
Whitewater and Cabrini will tip off at 6 p.m. CST at Salem Civic Center.
"They're good," said Miller. "We have a lot of homework to do to get ready for them."
This is the last game of the DIII season. While the stage is much smaller than the DI tournament, the heartbreak and jubilation will be equal for the winners and losers respectively. Though you've probably got a whole lot less money on it.
