Yellow Card43 Frank Lmpard is booked for a foul on Zuniga.

40 Ezequiel Lavezzi takes a contender for worst corner of the night as he scuffs the ball straight to Frank Lampard who clears at the near post.

39 Michael Essien has a drive from the edge of the box but his left-footed effort goes a yard wide.

Substitution37 Early change for Napoli: The injured Christian Maggio is replaced Andrea Dossena

36 Chelsea get plenty of players forward in another attack but in his attempts to get to the byline Sturridge over-plays it and the ball goes out for a goal-kick.

33 Mata curls in another wonderful cross from the right but Sturridge glances his header wide.

32 A warning for Chelsea. A Blues corner is cleared and straight away Napoli come forward on the counter, Cavani is then played in down the right but he drags his shot wide. A let off that.

30 So close to two!!!! Daniel Sturridge bursts into the box and fires the ball across the six yard box, but no Chelsea player is there to tap the ball in.

Goal28 Vital goal for Chelsea!! Ramires curls in a teasing cross from the left and Didier Drogba gets in front of his marker to bury a diving header into the bottom right-hand corner.

Goal28 Goal for Chelsea!!!! Drogba!!

28 Branislav Ivanovic tries to put in an early cross from the right but it is too close to De Sanctis who claims unchallenged.

26 Mata dinks a nice ball in towards Drogba but Gargano does well to hold off the striker and then when a free-kick for his side.

25 Cavani tries another shot from the edge of the box but he doesn't really get hold of it and the ball bobbles wide.

23 Ramires beats two players and tries to slip the ball though to Drogba, but it deflects off a Napoli defender and it cleared - the offisde flag had also gone up anyway.

21 Zuniga goes on another run down the left but in the process of doing so he drags Cole to the ground. Free-kick to Chelsea just insdie their own half.

20 It is hard to see a clean sheet for either team tonight, Napoli especially look like scoring every time they go forward.

18 Juan Camilo Zuniga isn't closed down as he runs with pace towards the edge of the area, he was an age to line up the shot but thankfully for Chelsea fnas, he fires it over.

16 The ball is in the net at the other end but Mata's goal is rightly chalked off as Sturridge headed the ball back from an offside position.

15 Chelsea well and truly on the back foot here, Hamsik has another effort that has Cech diving to his right to keep out.

15 Napoli steam forward again, Ezequiel Lavezzi peels away from the last defender but his shot from a tight angle is saved by Cech for a corner.

13 The Napoli fans thought that was in!! Another rapid Napoli counter attack results in Maggio firing a low cross to the far post towards Edinson Cavani, but his shot blasts into the side netting.

12 Ashley Cole's headed clearance at the far post falls to Edinson Cavani, but he curls his shot well over the bar.

11 Saved by Cech!! Marek Hamsik is allowed to turn in the area, his shot isn't the best but it looked to have taken a deflection and a wrongfooted Cech just manages to scuff the ball away with his right boot.

9 Drogba is penalised for a foul on Christian Maggio, free-kick to Napoli just outside their own penalty area.

8 Marek Hamsik gets his first decent touch of the ball but three Chelsea players quickly crowd him out and clear.

6 This is a good start by Chelsea, they are seeing plenty of the ball. All we need is that early goal......

6 Good save by De Sanctis!! Daniel Sturridge tries a snap shot in the penalty area but the Napoli 'keeper does well to get down low to his left and push the ball round for a corner.

Feedback @CoachSoderling says: "I think a win here to advance will send a good shockwave through the Chelsea boys, helping them to finish the season strong..."

2 Juan Mata curls in a free-kick from the Chelsea right, John Terry gets his head on the ball but it loops well wide of the post.

1 Edinson Cavani isn't happy following a robust challenge by Frank Lampard. The England midfielder is quick to shake hands with the Napoli man though and the game moves on.

1 Here we go, Napoli get us underway......

Here come the two teams onto the field to a rowdy reception from the crowd.

The teams are in the tunnel, not long to go now.......

Atmosphere buzzing at the Bridge with kick-off approaching, both sets of fans vocally getting behind their side. This could be a classic!

Feedback @Zak_Bala says: "RDM has pulled out all the stops and brought back the old guard...hope the players also do this and hoping for a 3-0 win!!!"

Feedback @MohBro9 says: "Great to see Danny Sturridge playing in his natural position! Prediction... Chelsea 1-2 Napoli"

Feedback @DexterFB says on Twitter: "If Chelsea are to progress tonight they have to avoid conceding. An early goal is key to this game. Prediction 3 1 Chelsea ET"

Feedback Steve Parkinson is not as confident: "A much better shape about Chelsea tonight but I fear it may be all too late. I can see the Blues making up the deficit but surely Napoli have goals in them also as Chelsea will have to push forward in numbers. How about a 4-2 thriller and Chelsea dumped out!"

I agree the chances should come Kanishk, but I'm worried they will come at the other end for Napoli too. Big night for Terry and Luiz at the back.

Feedback Kanishk, a Chelsea fan from Chicago, has some clear instructions for the boys tonight: "1) Need to have an error free, no-nonsense defending from the back four.

2) Efficiency in front of the goal has be top notch. TAKE THOSE CHANCES because they will come.

And we should win."

Feedback Steph from Mnchengladbach, Germany, says: "I think the team selection is what I was hoping for...but have a doubt we can keep a clean sheet. Napoli will score methinks! Great attacking side. Our priority is now 4th place for next season anyhow.

Still...Come on the Blues!! A early goal or two would be nice."

Feedback Ashley Collett says: "Chelsea have got a really big hill to climb tonight to get back in to it. Good Look to Roberto di Matteo and his team."

Plenty of confidence from Chelsea fans, though it perhaps needs to be noted that they have not won any of their past five home Champions League knockout matches.

Feedback@calvyyy1 says on Twitter: "Good solid line-up. Mixture of pace/experience. Sturridge to bag two and Ramires will score the other. 3-0 Chelsea with Luiz man of match."

Feedback Sayed Hussain has emailed in and says: "Com'on Chelsea!Terry and Luiz need to be on point today, Essien is also bringing back that steel, Sturridge needs to be clinical and more of the same from Mata and Drogba."

The number of Italian fans travelling to London shows just how big this game is for the Serie A club. They will be up for this one, that's for sure.

We are getting reports of a number of ticketless Napoli fans who have travelled to west London for the game. Police and stadium security staff are attempting to disperse the crowds in a

bid to allow the 2,700 genuine away ticket holders access to the ground. There were also reports of Napoli fans being turned away after getting their hands on tickets in areas reserved for home supporters.

So unlike the first leg, Chelsea have their big guns in the starting XI. Will that be enough to overturn the 3-1 deficit? Let me know your thoughts via email Tom.Mallows@bskyb.com or Tweet me @Tom_Mallows. I will do my best to publish the best of your views.

Napoli rested players of their own for Friday's 6-3 thrashing of Cagliari, with star striker Edinson Cavani and Christian Maggio brought into what is an unchanged XI from the first leg.

Chelsea manager Roberto di Matteo has recalled four players for tonight's game. Michael Essien, Daniel Sturridge and David Luiz all return after the 1-0 win over Stoke, while Juan Mata - who scored the Blues' solitary goal in their 3-1 defeat in Italy - also comes back in.

The referee this evening is Felix Brych from Germany.

Napoli subs: Rosati, Vargas, Dossena, Fernandez, Britos, Dzemaili, Pandev.

Chelsea subs: Turnbull, Cahill, Boswingwa, Mikel, Malouda, Kalou, Torres.

Napoli: De Sanctis, Campagnaro, Cannavaro, Aronica, Maggio, Inler, Gargano, Zuniga, Hamsk, Cavani, Lavezzi.

Chelsea: Cech, Ivanovic, Luiz, Terry, Cole, Essien, Lampard, Ramires, Mata, Sturridge, Drogba.

First things first, the teams. Both starting XIs coming right up.

The game represents part two of England and Italy's mini European battle. Arsenal failed to overcome AC Milan last week, can the Blues do what the Gunners couldn't and keep their Champions League dream alive?
